Scope of application The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts that you as a customer conclude with Acqua dell Adriatico via the online store. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Acqua dell Adriatico has expressly agreed to them in writing.

Offer and conclusion of contract The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking on the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when Acqua dell Adriatico accepts your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
Prices and shipping costs The prices quoted are final prices including VAT and do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you before you complete your order.
Payment Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Acqua dell Adriatico reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases or to insist on payment in advance.
Delivery will be made within 14 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed. The indication of an estimated delivery date is non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Retention of title The delivered goods remain the property of Acqua dell Adriatico until full payment has been received.
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Acqua dell Adriatico is not liable for damage caused by improper handling or natural wear and tear.
Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 7 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. Data protection Acqua dell Adriatico collects, processes and uses personal data only in accordance with the statutory provisions on data protection. Further information on this can be found in the privacy policy.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction Austrian law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, the court at the registered office of Acqua dell Adriatico shall have jurisdiction if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law or has no general place of jurisdiction in Austria.
Final provisions: Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
